Wonder What John Gotti Junior Has Been Doing?

Junior is... the conceiver...
Mafia Series Based on True Events in Development From 'Mortal Instruments' Producer (Exclusive) - TheWrap: A new scripted series about a mafia war that spanned U.S. and Canadian borders is in development from Don Carmody Television, Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions and Triplicity Entertainment.

Conceived by former New York mobster John A. Gotti (pictured above), the scripted period series is inspired by true events that took place in a power struggle between the New York mafia and two rival mafia families in Canada.

The series will span events that took place during World War II when two Italian soldiers became friends and then bring their families to Montreal where they ultimately end up in a battle for dominance.

The series is slated to go into production in 2015 in Canada and Italy. Don Carmody, David Cormican, Suzanne DeLaurentiis, Tony D'Aiuto and Vincent Prezioso are set to produce.

A division of Don Carmody Productions (“Pompeii,” “Resident Evil: Retribution,” “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones”), DCTV's current productions include “Between” for Netflix and “Marilyn” for Lifetime.

Sounds horrible to us; all the Mafia stories to tell and they pick this one....

  1. Junior is a disgrace, this guy should have never been made, the Corozzo brothers wanted to whack Junior several times over a variety of stupid undertaking by Junior, it's amazing he's alive. Here's a true story going back to the 80's when John Gotti "made" his kid, John himself was telling "The Chin" about it at a sit down over another matter, the Chin replied "why would you do that, my condolences" By the way "The Chin" refused to make any of his children. I have "more in me" than Junior and I'd never expect to be made.

  2. It would be hilarious and ironic if jr gotti incriminates himself with his new series. Im surprised that jr survived being stabbed. There must be a reason why he got stabbed.

  3. Well you must've blocked me on FB. So what I heard is true. Dom it's not a secret I ask for your opinion... I ask for a lot of opinions...

  4. The whole story is speculation... I thought I admitted that in the story. Your source is the same one who said Vito inducted nonItalians? I know about Sicilians running the Gambino family.... And that the Gambinos have the closest ties to Sicily. I'm just saying.... I got a lot of bullshit (not a lot really and I don't include you in this category johnny) over this story and no one has gotten the larger point I am making here....it seems...

  6. Why are the annoying Ed, because they question your POV. You don't what your talking about. Stick to the Mob Wives articles.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I didn't ask why you wrote it, I questioned the content Ed. You don't know anything about the Italian Mafia so why write about it. Otherwise your just winging it which you seem to do a lot on here. Don't worry I won't miss this site, your revised pieces and Reality T.V obsession.

    ReplyDelete
  8. You get a lot of shit Ed because your stories are half assed and you don't know what your talking about. You should write a celeb column on Mob Wives rather than on the real Mob as you get found out all the time.

  9. Ed, no, this source is NY based, the one about Vito was Toronto based. Unlike what you stated about some complaining about this article, I have no problem with this article, because this story was widely reported, and there was an actual indictment. The mistake(s) in this story are from the U.S. Attorney's Office, which is complied by the FBI. My source in NY is in the "know"
I believe my source to be 100% accurate, because his track record since the '90's would clearly indicate that to me. My source in NY is well respected, and knew this Palmeri instantly when I mentioned him, he gave me the "skinny" on Palmeri.
    Hope all is well Ed.

  12. When John made his kid he virtually put a target on his head. Those who didnt like how John took the reigns were gonna get theres when John was gone. Like Ronen said how he survived this long is amazing. Then giving him control was just a smack in the face to the other crews. They must of thought the law would convict him in his other trials and he Rot in prison. If they knew this out come i think they would.ve turned the heat up. He doesnt look like the sharpest tool in the shed but to survive in this city of piranhas he.s gotta have some smarts. But going on Tv and this 302 thing in the new book him living in New york isnt gonna last much longer if he.s even still there.philly

  13. I'm leaving your comments up here. I know made guys and associates -- and you can say that... wtf do you know, except history

  14. It is my blog and you have been harrassing me since my DiDonato interview. I think you're jealous -- you wish you could talk to guys who I won't even talk to ... and that is fact, pal....

    ReplyDelete
  15. That is incorrect -- those comments are in other stories -- for some reason the application sometimes incorrectly lists them with the wrong story.....

    ReplyDelete
  16. Very true. ....i wonder if he's alive today because of uncle gene.....

    ReplyDelete
  17. Ya it listed 18 on this story thought we were missing some thanks ed

  18. I was not referring to you, Johnny -- it's these two guys who have been posting this obnoxious shit. They are from England and think they know everything about the American Mafia. I "misread" a comment and they both INSTANTLY showed their true colors. I know the size of my monthly readership and the 10 or so guys who think they know everything just don't matter and I stopped trying to write an "insiders" blog, which is what they think they are. The truth is made guys don't always know what is going on in their own families.... Ask either of your sources Johnny, how the Mafia started in America and you'll probably know what I mean.....

  19. So who filled the Gambino consiglieri post, Steve? Baboots when to prison for life (so far, anyway)... they need someone to fill that role -- Jo Jo is still in prison... so who is it? No one has ever reported about this guy and no one really knows anything about him. What I try to do with some stories is show how little we really know about the mob, which is a secret society.... Still it is in flux, every day things change. We don't really know as much as we think we know, and some people like you find that upsetting for some reason....

  20. What is so hilarious to me is that I have been helping a producer cast a television show with guys. Funny how tv producers always come to me when they need help....do they call you or Dom? I am working on a series of Ebooks with Dominick CIcale -- a former capo, a made guy in a family. I talk to him daily and you can honestly think and say such stupidity......Screw you and your gf DW, pal....

  21. Where do I say Cefalu is not considered to be the boss? Where do I say anything definitive about "Palmieri"? Yes, I notice you're using a different spelling... some Italian papers spelled his name that way, but the majority didn't. That was what first caught my eye. You are in elitist, pal....

  22. To my readers - please ignore this annoying argument in the comments. These trouble makers won't be saying another word on here. They can spew all they want about me on social media and the BBs as they always do, but I OWN this blog....

  23. according to jr's laywer the 302 was a lie. In fact I think that was just a psychological warfare attempt by the feds to cause panic within guys family's. Granted his uncle pete and gene are probably asking favors to keep him alive. The story about him breaking up a fight between 2 random guys isn't adding up to the big picture of things. Have they released the footage of the fight to the media? I cant find the video online.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yes you did!!! Look at your comment in my mob wives story which got tens of thousands of... never mind...And what's the HEADLINE of this story?

  25. I'm doing a story on this, Matthew....

  26. A little, really, as I clearly noted but once again you see what you want to...I am a trained journalist with 25 years of experience. I'd punch your teeth out if you were in front of me.

  27. But then you can't reply. Silly me!

  28. Admit it, Dom. Who do you write for? What blog do you write for Dom and are afraid to identify it? Is it the one I think?

    ReplyDelete
  29. No -- I was wrong... Francesco "Frank" Fiordilino was the guy I was referring to and I read an incorrect reference to him in an article.... Do you know about this guy Frank?

  30. What Chin actually said was 'sorry to hear that'. To add Nick Corozzo wanted to kill Junior not JoJo, JoJo was actually very close to Gotti Sr and considered part of his inner circle.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hi Ronen would John Alite be privy to knowing if Jr had a 302 im sure if its in the book he must be the source. Philly

    ReplyDelete
  32. Joey, thank you for clarifying the Corozzo details. Nick hated Sr, called Sr. multiple names and none of them good. But Nick had real power, Sr didn't screw with Nick. Nick's as ruthless as Vito Rizzuto was.

  33. I wouldn't know because usually this info is sealed up before the pre sentencing investigation or the deposition to see if he would go to trial or not, ironically he went to trial and won 3 times. By won, I meant he got off due to hung juries and it cost the feds money each time a trial is held. The reason why I know that stuff is because my old man is a criminal defense attorney.

    ReplyDelete
  34. That theory coincides with andrew didonato's. Right before nicky got indicted in the 90's, he told andrew, michael yannotti and a couple other guys "Start getting familiar with this guy" Basically jr fucked up nickys money and he wanted to take the big seat.

    ReplyDelete
  35. If im right Ed , Francesco is the Bonanno mobster who testified against Vernace at his trial and pretty much stated that Vernace was a Gambino heavyweight. I see that he got caught still collecting landmark debts while he was testifying even though he said he was no longer a mobster. Smh. I never liked that trial from the get go. Smells pf double jeopardy!

    ReplyDelete
  36. It is exactly that. The state couldn't get him so the feds repackaged and retried him -- and got him. It's not particularly fair but it happens. Joe Watts, I believe was even given an assurance by the feds that when he copped to an agreement, the state would not put him on trial again for a murder. However, Watts finished his time and was quickly arrested by the state who said they were not bound by the Watts's previous agreement. They call it doing life on the installment plan. They want guys off the street and they will do whatever it takes, use every tool that they can to lock these lifelong criminals up. I always remember that anecdote in "Boss of Bosses" in which Paul Castellano told the FBI agents at his White House "don't frame me," meaning don't come at me with some bullshit case that you know I am not involved in. Then the state did exactly that -- the RICO trial arising from Roy Demeo's Murder Machine car theft operation. Then the Feds nabbed him properly, meaning by the book, for the landmark Commission Case. Gotti, however, seized control and many today say, commenced the annihilation of the American Mafia as we knew it.

  37. Killing Junior would start a whole new wave of drama and publicity as the media is always all over the Gottis. I think it would be a bad decision move financially, and that's why he was able to stay alive. Maybe the stabbing was a warning to back off. Who knows? It's evident that the Gambinos have moved on.

    ReplyDelete
  38. This guy ain't no Gambino underboss.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Ed, haven't heard anything about it from my sources, so it could be unrelated to the Gambino's. But remember, the the Zips that are now running the Gambino's think of American made guys as soft, fat, and lazy and are not fond of the prior administration, the Gotti era. Jr. isn't involved any longer, so he'd be very disspensible.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yes Ed, Joe Watts got fucked over big time by the gov and a few years ago while he was still in MCC he told my father that the Feds even went after his daughter Robyn and basically ruined her energy drink business among others by contacting people and vendors who did business with her company and telling them about her dad and the trouble they may have if they continued to do so which was total bullshit anyway the Feds are creeps
