Genovese Soldier, Another Busted for Bid-Rigging Scheme in Brooklyn
Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman announced the arrest and indictment of Christopher Chierchio, 49, a reputed Genovese crime family soldier of Staten Island, and Anthony Milohnic, 43, of Long Island. 613 Baltic Street in Brooklyn The two have been charged with felony agreement, arrangement, or combination in restraint of trade or competition, the attorney general announced Thursday.
