Gambino Underboss Cali has Strong Ties to Sicily
Frank Cali, a mobster with strong Sicilian roots, has been named as the Gambino family's new underboss, according to Jerry Capeci's PPV column Ganglandnews.com. Frank Cali circa 2008.
