Spinoff Law & Order: Organized Crime Debuts In April

A spinoff of the long-running Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and the seventh series in the Law & Order franchise, Law & Order: Organized Crime will premiere on April 1, 2021, on Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. ET on NBC, right after the 9:00 p.m. time slot of Law and Order: SVU. The spin-off will have a total of 13 episodes in the first season. The series will star Christopher Meloni as Elliot Stabler, reprising his role from SVU. In the show, Stabler returns to the NYPD to lead the Organized Crime unit after suffering a "devastating personal loss," according to the official synopsis from NBC.
